Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Hayley worked at A&L Goodbody and Millar McCall Wylie in Belfast before relocating to Sydney.

  • Acted for LG Software Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Pulse Software, on the partial divestment by its founders and significant investment from Accel-KKR backed Springbrook.
  • Acted for Australian Integrated Carbon on its capital raise resulting in the Rio Tinto group acquiring a 14.15% interest along with follow-on investment from current shareholders Bentleys Carbon Fund and Japan Integrated Carbon Limited (a joint venture between Japan’s Mitsubishi Corporation and NYK Line).
  • Acted for Australian Business Growth Fund (ABGF) on their investment in leading Australian Medical Aesthetics Distributor, INSKIN COSMEDICS.
  • Acted for Merchant Place Investments on the sale of Smoke Alarms Australia Pty Ltd.
  • Acted for JUWI on the sale of the 400MW Hay Plains Wind Project and 175MW Ardandra Solar Project, with an anticipated 400MWh of battery storage to Octopus Investments Australia.
