Hayley’s expertise includes acting on capital raises, group reorganisations, assisting with the implementation of employee incentive plans and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Hayley worked at A&L Goodbody and Millar McCall Wylie in Belfast before relocating to Sydney.

Acted for LG Software Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Pulse Software, on the partial divestment by its founders and significant investment from Accel-KKR backed Springbrook.
Acted for Australian Integrated Carbon on its capital raise resulting in the Rio Tinto group acquiring a 14.15% interest along with follow-on investment from current shareholders Bentleys Carbon Fund and Japan Integrated Carbon Limited (a joint venture between Japan’s Mitsubishi Corporation and NYK Line).
Acted for Australian Business Growth Fund (ABGF) on their investment in leading Australian Medical Aesthetics Distributor, INSKIN COSMEDICS.
Acted for Merchant Place Investments on the sale of Smoke Alarms Australia Pty Ltd.
Acted for JUWI on the sale of the 400MW Hay Plains Wind Project and 175MW Ardandra Solar Project, with an anticipated 400MWh of battery storage to Octopus Investments Australia.
