Eamonn’s approach to his practice is deeply rooted in understanding clients’ businesses, enabling him to craft pragmatic and commercially viable solutions that directly tackle critical business needs.

Eamonn is a lawyer in the New Energy and Carbon Markets Team with experience in Capital Markets & Corporate, Energy and Resources, Civil Litigation, Maritime Litigation, and Insurance and Corporate Risk.

He has experience advising a spectrum of clients, including public and private companies, individuals, and Commonwealth entities, across various aspects such as transactions, corporate governance, directorial duties, regulatory compliance, and strategic structuring.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Eamonn worked at MinterEllison within the dispute resolution & litigation and capital markets & corporate teams. He was also previously employed as a research assistant at Adelaide Law School’s Research Unit on Military Law and Ethics, and interned in the Supreme Court of South Australia’s Court of Appeal.

  • Acted for Energy Vault in the negotiation and deployment of two battery energy storage systems (200MW/400MWh) at ACEN Australia’s 720MW New England Solar and battery project.
