Clementyne specialises in inbound investment and complex Australian cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She is a trusted legal adviser to her clients working across several industries, including healthcare, digital and technology and manufacturing. Clementyne is a foreign investment specialist, with extensive experience advising clients in relation to Australia’s foreign investment regulatory regime.

Clementyne also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate governance, commercial agreements, warranty and indemnity insurance, ASX listing rules, joint ventures and demergers.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Clementyne worked for Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

  • Advised Coles Group Limited on the sale of its fuel and convenience business to Viva Energy Group Limited.
  • Advised Southern Cross Media Group on its $170 million placement and accelerated entitlement offer.
  • Advised Amcor on the demerger of Orora Limited by way of scheme of arrangement
