She is a trusted legal adviser to her clients working across several industries, including healthcare, digital and technology and manufacturing. Clementyne is a foreign investment specialist, with extensive experience advising clients in relation to Australia’s foreign investment regulatory regime.

Clementyne also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate governance, commercial agreements, warranty and indemnity insurance, ASX listing rules, joint ventures and demergers.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Clementyne worked for Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
