  • Acted for Centuria on the acquisition of four office assets for $500 million from Hines Global REIT, Inc.
  • Acted for Woolworths Group on large format leasing, transferring 69 Woolworths retail assets, sale and acquisitions of shopping centres and freehold asset. Also advised on the portfolio sale and lease back of 54 hotels and pubs by Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group (partly owned subsidiary of Woolworths Group).
  • Acted on the sale and acquisitions of shopping centres and freestanding assets for an ASX listed REIT.
