She works with domestic and international clients across various sectors, providing practical advice on complex deals and is known for bringing focus and efficiency to demanding transactions, consistently achieving outcomes within challenging timelines.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Bernice worked at a Singapore law firm in their Banking & Finance and Corporate Real Estate practice group.
