Ethan is a lawyer in Hamilton Locke’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Ethan has experience acting in a broad range of commercial disputes, including matters involving general contractual claims, misleading or deceptive conduct, breaches of directors’ duties, employment disputes and property-related claims. He has assisted clients in proceedings across Western Australian courts and tribunals, as well as in resolving disputes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
Ethan takes a considered and practical approach to his work. He enjoys engaging with complex legal and factual issues and working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to develop clear, commercially focused strategies.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Ethan worked in commercial litigation at a boutique law firm in Perth.
