Anna Mouat is a consultant in the New Energy team with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions.
Anna is solution-oriented and approaches complex legal and commercial problems with a practical and inquisitive manner. She prides herself in her adaptability and commitment to continuous learning, making her an effective and versatile collaborator.
She has broad experience in industry sectors including new energies, infrastructure and utilities, oil and gas, and financial services.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Anna worked for Carey Olsen in their Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions team in Jersey, Channel Islands. She has completed multiple client secondments, including a secondment to a Scandinavian state-owned multinational energy company.
Additionally, Anna has tutored on the undergraduate Law LLB course at the University of Edinburgh, on several subjects, including contract law.
