Hamilton Locke has featured in Lawyers Weekly regarding the growth of our firm and corporate practice with the arrival of prominent Partner, Michael Lishman, joining our Melbourne and Perth offices.
Michael brings over 30 years’ experience advising on complex M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters across a number of jurisdictions. He brings a breadth of expertise working in various industries including oil and gas, mining, financial services and transportation. Michael is also known for his work advising the boards of a number of public companies and has led major Australian and cross-border M&A transactions.
Michael is currently undertaking a PhD in law at Monash University and is a member of the Takeovers Panel.
