Hamilton Locke wins Small Turnaround of the Year at the 2025 TMA Awards

Hamilton Locke has been named a winner at the 2025 TMA awards for the Small Turnaround of the Year category, following our role in the Body Catalyst Restructure. The winners were announced at the 2025 TMA Australia National Conference Gala Dinner held in Melbourne.

The award recognises outstanding achievement in turnaround and restructuring, highlighting deals that demonstrate strategic insight, rigorous execution and measurable impact. The Body Catalyst Restructure involved complex stakeholder engagement and innovative solutions, showcasing the strength and depth of our restructuring practice.

Our team led by Nicholas Edwards worked alongside Alan Walker of WLP Restructuring and the CEO of the business Samantha Barakat Light, to deliver a successful restructure that supports Body Catalyst’s continued growth and stability.

The TMA Australia Awards are highly regarded within the industry, celebrating excellence across small, medium, and large turnarounds, as well as significant restructuring deals. Winners are selected following a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the TMA Awards Committee.

This recognition is a testament to the expertise and collaborative approach of the Hamilton Locke team in navigating challenging corporate environments and delivering meaningful results for clients.
