Hamilton Locke has appointed Tax Partner Seema Sandhu, further bolstering our Sydney office.
Seema brings over 20 years of experience acting for clients across a range of industries. She has advised clients on matters relating to M&A, private equity, tax structuring, employee share schemes and general tax advisory.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Seema worked in the Taxation team at Clayton Utz and KPMG’s Sydney and Hong Kong offices.
