Hamilton Locke has appointed Emily Cossgrove as a Workplace and Employment Partner in the firm’s Perth office. The addition of Emily will further bolster the capabilities and expertise of our Perth office which launched in February 2022.
Emily joins from King & Wood Mallesons and specialises in employment law and workplace relations.
Emily assists a wide range of clients on all employee-related issues. This includes providing advice on complex employment matters under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), preparing executive employment arrangements and representing clients to resolve industrial disputes.
Emily has significant experience conducting workplace investigations into whistleblower complaints and allegations of misconduct and bullying. She also regularly advises on the employment aspects of commercial transactions, corporate restructures and transfers of business.
