We’re thrilled to kick off 2025 by sharing the league table results of our national Corporate and Capital Markets team over the past year.
Hamilton Locke excelled in the 2024 Australian ECM and M&A rankings recently released in LSEG and Mergermarket, achieving rankings across multiple key areas:
- First in the Australian ECM rankings for highest deal count advising issuers (see Figure 1).
- First in the Australian ECM rankings for highest deal count advising lead managers (see Figure 1).
- Third in the global ECM rankings for advising issuers on the highest volume of ECM deals (see Figure 2).
- Ninth in Australia for advising on the highest volume of M&A deals (see Figure 3).
In 2024, we advised on 109 ECM deals valued at $2.16 billion and over 93 M&A deals valued at $2.51 billion.
These achievements are a reflection of our national team’s combined efforts as we continue to build a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and strengthening our market presence.
