Hamilton Locke Appoints Head of Corporate – Melbourne, Partner, Justin Fox

Hamilton Locke has appointed Corporate Partner Justin Fox, as Head of Corporate – Melbourne, further bolstering the firm’s national corporate offering.

Justin, who brings over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, has advised household names such as Foster’s, BP and Singapore Airlines on significant corporate transactions in Australia. 

He maintains an international practice, having spent much of his early career working in South-East Asia.

Justin has substantial expertise acting for clients on matters relating to foreign investment, takeovers, schemes of arrangement and private treaty mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Justin worked for Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
