Hamilton Locke Appoints Corporate Partner, Clementyne Rawlyk

Hamilton Locke has appointed Clementyne Rawlyk as a Corporate Partner in our firm’s growing Melbourne office. The addition of Clementyne follows the appointment of Partner and Head of Corporate – Melbourne, Justin Fox, earlier this year.

Clementyne specialises in inbound investment and complex Australian cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She is a trusted legal adviser to her clients working across several industries, including healthcare, digital and technology and manufacturing. Clementyne is a foreign investment specialist, with extensive experience advising clients in relation to Australia’s foreign investment regulatory regime.

Clementyne also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate governance, commercial agreements, warranty and indemnity insurance, ASX listing rules, joint ventures and demergers.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Clementyne worked for Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Nick Humphrey, Managing Partner of Hamilton Locke, said, “We are thrilled to have Clementyne join our corporate practice in Melbourne alongside recently appointed partner Justin Fox. The addition of Clementyne strengthens the capabilities and expertise of our corporate practice in Melbourne and nationally.”

Hamilton Locke continues to be recognised as Australia’s fastest growing law firm, with our recent acquisition of Morrissey Law + Advisory and our expansion into New Zealand with our recent announcement of Hamilton Locke New Zealand.
