Hamilton Locke is delighted to have acted for Soho Property, a proptech platform founded by Airtasker co-founder Jonathan Lui, in its recent acquisition of the homesales.com business and associated capital raising. This acquisition will add 300,000 listings and approximately half a million users to the Soho platform, which seeks to disrupt the online property listings space.
