Hamilton Locke has advised Software Combined, a global Sydney-based software aggregator, on the legal aspects for the acquisition of the Hero Software entities.
The Hero Software entities provide next generation energy modelling software services through Hero Software’s innovative platform, enabling building assessors and raters to meet and exceed the NatHERS Energy-Rating compliance standards for new residential buildings in Australia.

The integration of Hero Software into Software Combined’s existing operations in Australia will enable Software Combined to expand its capabilities into the energy-rating compliance sector. It will also allow Hero Software to benefit from Software Combined’s resources and experience to drive the next stage of the companies’ growth.
