Janice is a banking and finance lawyer with experience advising traditional and alternative lenders, as well as mining and resource borrowers across a broad range of financing transactions. She brings a rounded perspective which is informed by her exposure to the corporate, real property and new energy practice gained throughout her graduate rotations at Hamilton Locke.
Disciplined and empathetic in her approach, Janice is committed to delivering practical and considered outcomes to clients. She draws on a diverse range of professional and cross-cultural experiences and is dedicated to helping clients effect meaningful change and bring ideas to fruition in the broader commercial landscape.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Janice gained experience at Irwin Legal, the City of Perth local government and the Mental Health Law Centre. She also spent several years working in Japan teaching English to professionals before returning to Australia to commence her legal career.
