Hamilton Locke is pleased to have acted for Pangolin Associates Pty Ltd, a national energy and carbon management consultancy, on its majority sale to Viridios Capital, an Australian-based carbon investor, as featured in the Australian Financial Review here.
This investment will allow Pangolin to scale its operations, capitalise on the market’s growing demand for climate change services and diversify its offering.
M&A Partner and carbon capital expert James Delesclefs commented, “We were delighted to have worked with the team at Pangolin Associates on this strategic transaction with Viridios Capital. It comes at an opportune time as the focus on voluntary and compliance standards continues to gain momentum in the Australian business community, against the backdrop of seismic regulatory change and related reporting standards.”
The team at Hamilton Locke was led by Partner James Delesclefs with support Lawyer Ali Attia.
