Hamilton Locke acted for Longreach Credit Investors on the senior secured financing provided to ASX listed Vonex, which will be used towards funding Vonex’s acquisition of MNF Group‘s Direct Business Division.
Once completed, the acquisition will be transformative for Vonex.
The team at Hamilton Locke was led by partner Zina Edwards and assisted by special counsel Lauren Cloete and lawyer Alex McCullagh.
