Hamilton Locke has advised private equity group, Fortitude Investment Partners, on its majority investment in the aged and disability placement services group, Aged Care Decisions.
One of Australia’s leading aged care services, Aged Care Decisions brings families and aged care providers together. Aged Care Decisions supports families through their aged care journey and helps find residential aged care, in-home aged care and disability care for loved ones. They provide a free service that matches vacancies with care needs, preferences and the budget of the person entering care.
