Hamilton Locke has advised James Bay Minerals Limited (ASX: JBY) on its acquisition of the La Grande and Troilus projects in James Bay, Québec, and A$6 million initial public offering.
The team at Hamilton Locke was led by Partner, Shaun Hardcastle with support from Lawyer, Simon Barcham and Graduate, Raymond Deng. Wagtail Capital Pty Ltd and Conrad Capital Group Pty Limited acted as joint lead managers to the IPO.
