Hamilton Locke advised Carlyle and Livingbridge portfolio company Waste Services Group on the acquisition of New South Wales based Beralon group

Hamilton Locke is delighted to have advised Waste Services Group (WSG) on the acquisition of the Beralon group, a leading provider of industrial services and chemical cleaning solutions in New South Wales.

The acquisition complements WSG’s existing capabilities in waste management, resource recovery and industrial services, and enhances its ability to deliver integrated and sustainable waste solutions to its customers across Australia.

Hamilton Locke’s team advised on all corporate and environmental law aspects of the transaction.  The team was led by Partner James Delesclefs (Private Equity and M&A) and Consultant Anya Gleichmann, with environmental law advice provided by Amelia Prokuda (Partner).
