Hamilton Locke acted as lead counsel for Partners for Growth, a Silicon Valley-based venture debt and growth finance fund, on its senior secured loan facility to digital advertising platform for kids, teens and families, TotallyAwesome.
TotallyAwesome is a Singapore-headquartered industry leader in the Asia-Pacific and a youth-safe digital advertising network protecting kids’, teens’ and families’ data privacy and the curator of the largest supply of media inventory engaging under-18 users safely across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Japan.
With the debt funding provided by Partners for Growth, TotallyAwesome is expected to accelerate growth by developing new platforms and products and expand its existing network to other strategic markets in APAC.
