Tim is a part of Hamilton Locke’s corporate mergers & acquisitions team, focussing on new energy transactions, based in Sydney.
Tim’s areas experience are in advising private equity institutions and management on private M&A transactions and on corporate governance matters.
Building a lasting relationship with his clients based on trust is the driving force behind Tim’s approach to work.
Tim trained with leading Scottish law firm Burness Paull LLP and qualified in 2020 as a solicitor in Scotland. During his traineeship, Tim spent time on secondment at The Weir Group PLC, a FTSE 100 multinational engineering company.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Tim was an associate for 4 years in the M&A team at Carey Olsen.
