Roxanne is recognised by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Specialist in Employment & Industrial Law and in 2022, was recognised by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific in employment and workplace relations.

Roxanne has significant experience in employment law, workplace relations and litigation, having worked at international law firms, specialist employment practices as well as in-house for a national construction company. Roxanne brings diverse experience to her role, having also spent five years practicing law in London.

Roxanne’s core focus is on achieving commercially sustainable outcomes for her clients within the complex legislative framework governing their workplaces. Roxanne has advised many employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters ranging from regulatory compliance, discrimination and harassment claims to workplace investigations, psychosocial hazards and transfer of business. Having assisted clients across industries navigate many years of regulatory changes, Roxanne remains resolute on ensuring her clients are provided with complete risk coverage and best practice solutions.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Roxanne worked as Special Counsel for Clyde & Co and was a key member of the employment law advisory practice. Roxanne also worked for People & Culture Strategies, Gherson (UK), in-house for Boral Construction Materials and FCB (now Citation Group).
