Prudence is a lawyer in the property team with experience advising on a broad range of real estate and infrastructure matters, including acquisitions and disposals, project and development agreements, and complex leasing transactions.
Prudence also has experience advising on renewable energy projects, including wind farms, solar farms, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, supporting clients on a range of property and development matters.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Prudence worked at K&L Gates.
