Prudence is a lawyer in the property team with experience advising on a broad range of real estate and infrastructure matters, including acquisitions and disposals, project and development agreements, and complex leasing transactions. Prudence also has experience advising on renewable energy projects, including wind farms, solar farms, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, supporting clients on a range of property and development matters.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Prudence worked at K&L Gates.

Capital Transactions and Development

Advised renewable energy and battery storage developers, including Avenis Energy and IB Vogt, on several projects, including option deeds, easements, tenure documents and due diligence.
Acted for Centuria on the acquisition of industrial and commercial property assets.
Advised Soilbuild on the acquisition of a 25% freehold interest in the Coca-Cola Building in North Sydney, from M&G Real Estate.
Acted for Pacific Alliance Group on property finance and refinance transactions across New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT.

Leasing

Acted for a German-based asset manager in relation to the commercial leasing and development of a commercial asset within the Sydney CBD.
Acted for Sydney Fish Market on the preparation, negotiation and finalisation of agreements for sublease, subleases, sublicences, incentive deeds, disclosure statements, deeds of consent, surrender documents, mooring licences and related precinct documentation.
Acted for Savills Investment Management in relation to the retail and commercial leasing within the Sydney CBD and Queensland.
