Ollie is a New Energy lawyer focused on the development, procurement and delivery of renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Australia.
Ollie advises developers, contractors and investors on EPC and construction contracts, O&M agreements, key equipment supply and installation contracts, power purchase and offtake agreements, and land access and lease arrangements. Ollie’s experience extends to construction disputes, including security of payment adjudications and arbitral proceedings. He has also worked with private credit clients across both financing and front-end construction contracting workstreams.
Ollie is also qualified in environmental biology, which supports his work on the technical aspects of project delivery.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Ollie worked at PwC’s Energy Transition team, and as a paralegal for Infinity Law Group and Paramount Law.
