Kate is a corporate lawyer whose expertise spans across a wide array of areas including farm-in joint venture agreements, royalty grants and advising companies from the due diligence stage through to post-completion of an acquisition. She also has relevant experience in legal and regulatory overview relating to mining tenure and advising clients in respect to tenure related issues.
Kate enjoys assisting clients with navigating the M&A lifecycle and day-to-day commercial matters. With her hard-working attitude, Kate is committed to approaching each matter with a focus on collaboration and analytical detail to gain deeper insight into the intricacies of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Kate worked at PwC Singapore, the City of Stirling, the Supreme Court and District Court of Western Australia.
