Hugh has experience across both litigated and advisory matters. His practice encompasses a broad range of complex disputes, including shareholder and investor class actions, claims involving misleading and deceptive conduct, and professional negligence. He works closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their objectives and to deliver targeted, efficient solutions.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Hugh gained experience as a graduate at Clyde & Co, rotating through the Professional and Financial Disputes team and the Financial Officers & Directors team. He also worked as an associate at Banton Group, where he primarily acted for plaintiffs in class actions and other commercial disputes.
