Den has experience advising a broad range of clients on private and public M&A transactions and corporate governance issues in various sectors, including advising start-up companies on corporate structuring and capital raisings.

Advised Wesfarmers on the acquisition of Catch Holdings Limited, the owner and operator of Catch of the Day digital marketplace.
Advised Viridios Group, an Australian-based carbon offset investor, on its $55 million capital raising.
Advised EBOS on its acquisition of assets from Therapon.
Advised REA on the acquisition of Hometrack Australia for $130 million.
Advised Zijin Mining Group on its strategic partnership with ASX and TSX listed Xanadu Mines Ltd, to progress Xanadu’s flagship Kharmagtai Copper-Gold Project in Mongolia.
Advised EBOS on the acquisition of Terry White Group Limited by way of scheme of arrangement.
Advised in relation to board issues and capital raisings.
