David is a law graduate in the New Energy team and the Corporate team, passionate about the renewable energy transition. With a background in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering, he envisions an opportunity to contribute significantly to the new energy space.
David is passion-driven and result-oriented. He is dedicated to understanding clients’ perspectives by standing in their shoes. David embraces simplicity and assists clients in navigating complex legal landscapes.
David has relevant experiences in the renewable energy sector in relation to share purchase agreements, asset sale agreements, development services agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, supply agreements, services agreements, and other bespoke contracting arrangements.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, David worked at a community legal centre as a front desk volunteer.
