Darren’s experience spans across corporate advisory, transaction negotiation, tax advisory, and disputes. He also has experience on capital raises, private mergers and acquisitions and advising on employee incentive plans.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Darren worked in the Tax Controversy and Transfer Pricing teams at Deloitte. He was previously a paralegal for a construction services company and boutique family law firm.
