Anya’s expertise includes private equity, private company M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Anya is also a member of Hamilton Locke’s executive compensation group and advises regularly on employee share schemes and incentive arrangements.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Anya trained and worked at McCann FitzGerald LLP in Dublin, Ireland and she has previously studied and worked in Hamburg, Germany.
