Ali is a graduate lawyer at Hamilton Locke, having joined the firm as a paralegal in March 2024. She has a strong interest in employment and workplace relations matters and enjoys working closely with clients to support them through complex and often sensitive workplace issues.
Ali is a rotating graduate and commenced her rotation in the Employment team. Her experience there included assisting and advising on adverse action claims, discrimination and unfair dismissal matters, as well as compliance with the National Employment Standards. She is now rotating through the Restructuring and Insolvency team, where she is building her front-end skills and strengthening her back-end experience.
Ali particularly enjoys client-facing work and developing strong, collaborative relationships. Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Ali gained paralegal experience at Lavan and HopgoodGanim in Perth, where she worked on a range of litigation and insolvency matters.
