  • Advised Marvel Gold Limited (ASX:MVL) on the sale of its interests in the Tabakorole and Yanfolila Gold Projects in Mali by way of share sale.
  • Advised PC Gold Ltd (ASX:PC2) on its IPO and ASX Listing.
  • Advised AVZ Minerals Limited on securing a USD20 million funding facility from Suzhou CATH Energy Technologies by entering into a joint venture arrangement including a pre-completion funding agreement, a revised transaction implementation agreement and a relationship deed.
  • Advised Income Asset Management Group (ASX:IAM) on its AUD18 million equity raising by way of a fully underwritten renounceable entitlement offer and placement.
  • Advised Technology Metals Australia Limited on its merger with Australian Vanadium limited (ASX:AVL) by way of scheme of arrangement.
