We are delighted to announce effective 1 July 2020, Lauren Cloete will be promoted to Special Counsel.
Lauren specialises in debt finance transactions, including asset finance, corporate lending, and leveraged and acquisition finance. She has extensive local and global experience advising financial institutions and corporate clients.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Lauren worked at Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney. She also worked for leading South African firm, ENS Africa in Johannesburg.
