Hamilton Locke Moderates Sessions at FinTech Australia’s 2023 Intersekt conference

Our very own Jaime Lumsden and Jessica Smith recently moderated FinTech Australia’s 2023 Intersekt conference, where they brought their expertise and insight to foster meaningful discussions within the fintech industry.

Intersekt is the largest assembly of Australian Fintech companies, innovation hubs, accelerators, government officials, regulatory bodies, investors, and strategic advisors discussing and unlocking the potential of Australia’s Fintech sector.

Hamilton Locke Partner Jaime Lumsden moderated the session ‘Sustainable Finance – from fringe concept to mission critical’ where Kate Cooper of NAB and Bridie Ohlsson of Geora discussed sustainable finance and how blockchain technology can be used to report on covenants.

Special Counsel Jessica Smith moderated the session ‘Treasury: Screen Scraping Consultation and Consumer Data Right (CDR) Consumer Experience’ and was joined by speakers Michael Palmyre of Data Standards Body and Anna Nitschke, Indiana Lowe and Nathan Sargent of The Treasury.
