Hamilton Locke appoints Information Technology and Communications Consultant

Hamilton Locke is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Montgomery as a consultant, to support the firm’s Information Technology and Communications (ITC) offering. Michael is a commercial lawyer specialising in technology, intellectual property, corporate and commercial law.

Michael has an impressive career, having worked with firms Clayton Utz and HWL Ebsworth, and contracting as counsel to Cisco Systems Australia and Cognizant. Michael also founded boutique law firm, Montgomery Lawyers, specialising in intellectual property, information technology, telecommunications, and corporate and commercial law. Michael is continually recognised by The Australian Financial Review as a ‘Best Lawyer’ for commercial and information technology law.
