Hamilton Locke has advised Quadrant Private Equity portfolio company, myHomecare Pty Ltd (myHomecare) on its acquisition of the homecare and community division of the business of PresCare.
myHomecare is a national provider of home care services to the elderly, disabled and veterans. It operates through its Enrich, myHomecare, Bromilow, Oxley and Hills brands.
PresCare have homecare operations across Queensland including in Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton, Townsville, Hervey Bay, Toowoomba, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Prescare has a long and extensive history in the homecare industry and have been serving Australians since 1929. With 90 years of experience, they are very much a “pioneer” in the industry.
Hamilton Locke’s team was led by partner, Gordon McCann who was closely supported by senior associate, Kate Robinson. Novo Capital advised myHomecare on the transaction, and McGrath Nicol advised PresCare.
