Hamilton Locke has featured in the Australian Financial Review (AFR) as a top 3 Australian law firm having the largest increase to its partnership since last January 2021. The AFR conducts a bi-annual review of the Australian legal sector and features top firms in its Law Partnership Survey.
The exponential growth of Hamilton Locke’s partnership was recognised by the AFR: “McCabes recorded the largest increase to its partnership since last January of any firm at 28.6 per cent, followed by White & Case (26.3 per cent), Hamilton Locke (23.8), EY (23.3) and Squire Patton Boggs (16.7).” 1
Hamilton Locke’s growth in regards to partners and senior associates was also profiled, ranking as a top 20 firm in terms of new partners and a top 40 firm in terms of the growth of the firm’s senior associates. Over the past year, Hamilton Locke has appointed 9 new partners, with the partnership currently totalling 26.
