Ho Yan is dual-qualified in NSW and Hong Kong and has experience in corporate, leveraged and asset financing transactions including experience acting for financial institutions, credit funds, and corporate lenders and borrowers in syndicated and bilateral loan transactions both domestically and internationally.
She values teamwork and collaboration and brings a pragmatic and collaborative approach to help clients achieve their commercial objectives.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Ho Yan practised internationally as a banking and finance lawyer at US law firm Reed Smith in its Hong Kong office.
