Zane was drawn to the inherent complexity of all legal matters and the capacity for continuous development that stems from a career in law. Zane prides himself on his flexibility, communication, and ability to thrive under pressure.
Zane primarily works on private mergers and acquisitions (both buy and sell side) and private equity transactions, including platform establishment and bolt-on acquisitions. He also has experience acting on capital raises, sales to listed entities, and advising on employee incentive plans.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Zane worked for Ernst & Young and McCauley Peters Cripps as a Paralegal.
