Toby is a recently admitted lawyer at Hamilton Locke, passionate about delivering pragmatic and commercially minded advice to his clients. He brings a broad range of expertise to the team, having gained experience across both Corporate and Workplace & Employment practice areas since commencing with the firm following the completion of his clerkship.
Toby believes in the importance of a collaborative and client-focused approach, working alongside his team to provide practical solutions to complex legal issues. His experience spans a range of matters, including Corporate M&A, Equity Capital Markets, General Protections and Unfair Dismissal Claims before the Fair Work Commission, and providing advisory work across all aspects of the Fair Work Act.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Toby worked at Vogt Graham Lawyers, where he gained hands-on experience across defamation, legal costs and debt recovery disputes.
