Sneha is a Lawyer in the corporate team advising on general corporate advisory and M&A matters. She has experience advising private equity clients, strategic buyers and multinational organisations across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international corporate restructures and warranty & indemnity insurance.
Sneha has worked with clients across a range of sectors, including technology, early childhood education, manufacturing and medtech. She is known for her pragmatic, detail-oriented and commercially focused approach, delivering clear and efficient outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Sneha worked in the Corporate team at DLA Piper New Zealand. She also gained in-house experience through a secondment to the legal team at Westpac New Zealand.
