Sneha specialises in private M&A, corporate governance, international corporate restructuring, commercial contracting and warranty & indemnity insurance. She has experience advising private equity clients, strategic buyers and multinational organisations across sectors including technology, early childhood education, manufacturing and financial services. Sneha is admitted to practice in New Zealand and is not admitted to practice in Australia.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Sneha worked in the Corporate team at DLA Piper New Zealand. Sneha also gained in-house experience with a secondment to the legal team at Westpac New Zealand.
