Sandra is a diligent and collaborative lawyer who takes a practical and client-focused approach to her work. She enjoys working closely with her colleagues to achieve efficient, thoughtful and tailored outcomes, and actively keeps abreast of the legal developments in the WHS space to continually build her knowledge to ensure her work remains current and commercially focused.

Sandra has practical WHS experience, having assisted with the preparation of due diligence training presentations, supported in regulatory matters and undertaken detailed legal research to inform clear and effective advice. During her secondment with Source Services, Hamilton Locke’s sister firm, she further developed her expertise in employment law and assisted in advising clients on a variety of employment-related issues.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Sandra worked as a law clerk at Thornton Storgato Law and completed a seasonal clerkship at K&L Gates, where she gained experience across the Construction and Technology teams. Following her clerkship, she worked as a paralegal in the Workplace and Employment team at K&L Gates. During her time as a law graduate in Hamilton Locke, she was seconded to Source Services’ Employment team where she assisted with a range of advisory matters.
