Paul has a keen appreciation for problem-solving and enjoys working closely with clients to develop intelligent and creative solutions to complex legal problems.
Paul’s unique capability to manage subdivision projects and attend to complicated conveyancing matters positions him as an expert in property law. His specialisation spans the area of property law and focuses on conveyancing, residential refinancing and subdivision projects.
Paul is also able to assist with Estate work including court applications for probate and letters of administration.
Paul was previously a senior legal executive at New Zealand firm, Anderson Creagh Lai, which joined Hamilton Locke in January 2023, with the establishment of Hamilton Locke New Zealand. Prior to this, Paul worked at Land Information New Zealand and one of New Zealand’s top-tier law firms.
