Katrina is an employment lawyer with over 7 years’ experience advising on all aspects of employment law. Katrina provides practical and commercial advice to her clients, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s particular business needs.
Her background includes advising clients on business restructures, performance management, terminations, workplace disputes, modern award compliance and the enforceability of post-employment restraints. Katrina also has experience working on litigious claims in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia and the Fair Work Commission. Katrina has also provided specialist support in corporate transactions, advising on key employment risks and exposures.
Katrina has worked with a number of public and private clients across a variety of sectors including professional services, technology, healthcare and support services, manufacturing and tertiary education.
