As a corporate lawyer, Jeremy specialises in initial public offerings, regulated and unregulated corporate mergers and acquisitions, general corporate & commercial advisory, ASX listing rule compliance and corporate governance. He has experience advising clients across a broad range of industries including but not limited to energy and resources, technology and pharmaceutical.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Jeremy worked for HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and Napier Capital.
