Feras is experienced in advising on disputes arising from the Security of Payment legislation across all Australian states and territories and acting for entities in complex adjudications, arbitrations, and other forms of dispute resolution employed in construction industry.
His expertise spans many industry sectors where he has acted in significant building defect claims, major project LNG and infrastructure disputes, and for telecommunication service providers in respect to ACCC regulatory and compliance issues.
