Duyen is a planning and environmental lawyer who advises clients on development, environmental compliance and regulatory matters. She assists clients in navigating planning and environmental frameworks, providing practical and commercially focused advice to support their projects and business objectives.
Duyen has experience across planning and environmental due diligence, development approvals, renewable energy projects and planning and environmental litigation. She regularly advises on regulatory requirements, development issues and environmental considerations arising throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Duyen practised in planning and environment law at Brisbane firm Anderssen Lawyers.
